|This is the 3rd irrigator that I have bought over the past few years (not including a portable Panasonic which has a smaller reservoir), and in terms of power it outclasses the Sterline Counter Top Water Flosser with Six Interchangeable Nozzles, Dental Irrigator with 10 Water Pressure Settings, and a 600ml Capacityand Waterpik Ultra Water Flosser. It's also in my opinion the best looking of the three.
I can't comment on durability of it because I have had it for a few weeks but i'll update if it has any issues.
Negative wise: It comes with a 3 pin UK plug, not an issue personally for me, but I know some people would prefer it to have a two pin shaver plug (I do not have such an outlet in my bathroom).
The power cable is short and hardwired. It means I have to resort to using an extension cable. The mouthpiece cable is also a bit short and is fixed to the side rather than located centrally which won't be an issue for some, but for me and my sink there's just not enough room to have it placed full time or facing forwards, so when I do use it it's partially perched at an angle, and the tap gets in the way of the side located irrigator piece.
Because I have to move it to and from the sink because of it's larger width, i've found that there isn't quite a secure way to hold it to move it. I can't hold it from top because of the reservoir, and not from the sides because of the flosser and the storage compartment. I'd rather have the storage compartment as part of the lid as seen on the other models i've used and slimmed the device down width-wise.
If you turn off the power at the mains, the device forgets what the last setting you used was. I always have it on MAX, and everytime the power is turned off at the mains, I have to turn it on, then recrank the dial to full again. If the manufacturer can have it remember it's last setting it would make it seem less of a chore to use.
Despite it's small numerous issues. It's fast, and powerful, and i'm willing to deal with these issues providing it doesn't stop working like my first device, or it's setting dial become stiff then impossible to turn on like my second device.
